About Us
Jason E. Voyles
Jason Voyles graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003 and then went to work with a firm in Gainesville, Georgia. In 2025, Jason decided it was time to start his own firm.
Jason focuses his practice on corporate (both for-profit corporations and non-profit corporations) and intellectual property law and estate planning and administration, including guardianships and conservatorships.
In his estate practice, Jason assists clients in preparing estate plans to protect assets and ensure a smooth transition, as well as navigating the probate process to ensure that assets are protected and that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
In his corporate and intellectual property practice, Jason works with clients to implement business plans and protection programs. Jason also represents his corporate and estate clients in court when the need arises.

Ochoa v. Coldwater Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., 361 Ga.App. 267 (2021), - Jason successfully defended a homeowners' association from allegations that its covenants were invalid.
